The latest 8.2.0 firmware unlocks even more features to offer additional functions and enhancements for your Peplink devices. From highly requested professional features to improvements, our goal is to provide effective management, usability, and flexibility in your setup.
SpeedFusion Cloud Relay
Cloud Service Providers often restrict access to certain applications. With SFC Relay, you can route traffic before going out to the internet, allowing access to previously restricted applications experienced with the public SpeedFusion Cloud nodes. Available as an add-on for your home router, or as an upgradable license to your Peplink router, SFC Relay is sure to impress you and any peers you give access to.
Dynamic Weighted Bonding
New advanced features are now introduced with the ability to define latency values on cellular connections before being defined as congested, restricting packets being sent through. This dynamic algorithm allows optimization which monitors the bonded tunnel, resulting in better performance without being affected by weak connections.
DNS over HTTPS (DoH)
DoH provides the benefits of communicating DNS information over a secure HTTPS connection in an encrypted manner. The protocol offers increased privacy and confidentiality by preventing data interception and man-in-the-middle attacks.
Simultaneous dual radio for Wi-Fi WAN
This new firmware adds the ability for dual Wi-Fi WANs to be accepted simultaneously on specific models. Essentially this can create more redundancy and provide additional connectivity options.
Get In Touch with Your Devices Anytime, Anywhere
As Out of Band Management (OOBM) starts to fall short of today’s network requirements and technologies, InTouch enters the picture. Instead of building separate networks or adding circuits dedicated to OOBM, InTouch integrates everything onto one platform for seamless connectivity.
Use just one login to gain access to all remote devices behind your router – IP devices, remote
desktops, remote protocols for servers, and more.
