Challenge
Impulse provides an innovative solution that delivers professional-quality content directly to event attendees in real time. Leveraging advanced image recognition, Impulse captures personalized photos and videos and sends them to guests via SMS within moments.
To make this magic happen, Impulse requires real-time, high-bandwidth connectivity for both roaming photographers and stationary photobooths. The stakes are high: dropouts or latency can disrupt the flow of content and diminish the guest experience. They also needed remote monitoring capabilities to proactively manage performance and troubleshoot issues across multiple live events.
Solution
Impulse partnered with West Networks to deploy Peplink as their connectivity backbone, choosing the BR2 Pro router for its power, flexibility, and scalability.
At each event, BR2 Pros are configured for dual SIM connectivity, and both cellular connections are bonded to increase bandwidth and provide automatic failover. This ensures a seamless connection that can handle the heavy demands of real-time media transfer, even in high-traffic environments.
The BR2 Pro is also integrated with Peplink’s cloud platform, InControl, enabling Impulse’s engineers to monitor, manage, and troubleshoot deployments in real time—from anywhere.
