Q1. What is “Peplink ID”?
A.
Peplink ID is your single account for logging in to Peplink systems. You can use it on any Peplink system that offers “Peplink ID” as a login option.
Q2. Which systems support Peplink ID?
A.
You can use Peplink ID for InControl 2, the Peplink Community Forum, the Training Portal, the Peplink eStore, Partner Pavilion, SpeedFusion Connect, and the Peplink Ticketing System. More Peplink systems will support Peplink ID over time.
Q3. Why should I use Peplink ID?
A.
Peplink ID lets you log in to different Peplink systems with one account, so you don't need to remember separate usernames and passwords.
Q4. Can I share my Peplink ID with someone else?
A.
No. For security reasons, don't share your Peplink ID with anyone.
Q5. What does "first-time login" mean?
A.
It means you're using Peplink ID for the first time. We'll ask you to verify your email address, which may include clicking a link in an email we send you.
Q6. I have not received any email from the system. What should I do?
A.
You should get an email within one minute, but it can sometimes take longer. If you've waited more than five minutes, check your Spam or Promotions folder. If it isn't there, try again or contact support.
Q7. What does "We hit a problem. Try signing in again through your application." mean?
A.
For security, links expire after a set time. If you click an old link, you'll see this message. Refresh the page and try again.
Q8. I used my Peplink ID to log in to another Peplink system (e.g., the forum) and got "Invalid password." What should I do?
A.
Your Peplink ID username and password only work with the Peplink ID login option. Some of our systems offer more than one way to log in, so make sure you select "Peplink ID" when you log in.
Q9. I can't log in using my username and password.
A.
Make sure you are using your Peplink ID username and password to log in. If you have forgotten your password, you may reset your Peplink ID password using the "Forgot password" link.
Q10. How can I reset my password?
A.
Follow the steps in our "How to create a Peplink ID and reset its password" guide.
Q11. I have not received the verification email from the system. Our company uses Microsoft Outlook as the email server.
A.
Outlook may filter our emails. Follow the steps in this Outlook guide, or use "Continue with Microsoft" instead.
Q12. I would like to use an account on a Peplink system that is different from my main Peplink ID login. How do I do it without logging out of my existing systems?
A.
Use a separate browser profile for each account. This forum post shows how to set up multiple profiles. You can also use a different browser or an incognito window.
