Welcome to the Peplink Open Beta Program — and thank you for helping us improve our products.

The Peplink Open Beta Program allows users to access and test certain Peplink firmware before its official release. Participation helps us identify issues, refine features, and improve overall quality through your feedback.

To participate, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By clicking “I Accept” below, or by downloading or using the beta firmware, you confirm that you have read the terms and conditions and agree to follow them.

1. Nature of Beta Firmware

Beta firmware is pre-release software provided exclusively for testing purposes. It may contain bugs, glitches, stability issues, or unfinished features. Peplink reserves the right to modify, delay, or remove any functionality without notice.

Future release dates and performance parity with final versions are not guaranteed. You should refrain from relying on beta versions in production, critical, or mission-critical environments.

2. Support and Maintenance

There is no formal technical support for beta firmware.

Remote Assistance may be enabled so that we can help troubleshoot issues remotely; however, any assistance that may be provided by Peplink, other beta participants, or the Peplink Community is strictly on a best-effort basis.

3. Participation and Feedback

You are encouraged to test the firmware in real-world scenarios and share your honest feedback, including bugs, performance concerns, usability issues, and improvement ideas.

By doing so, you grant Peplink a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and exploit, for any purpose, all feedback, suggestions, or improvements, without compensation or restriction.

4. Confidentiality and Redistribution

Until an official public announcement is made, all beta software, features, and specifications are strictly confidential. Without Peplink’s permission, participants must refrain from sharing screenshots, performance data, or other details with any third parties, including on social media or public forums.

Redistribution, sublicensing, or sharing the firmware with unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer

Any beta firmware is provided “as is”. Use is at the participant’s sole risk. Peplink disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any damages, including system instability, data loss, or service downtime, arising from the use of experimental software.

6. Program Updates

Peplink reserves the right to change or cancel the Open Beta Program or its firmware at any time without notice. Peplink may also update these terms and conditions at its sole discretion, and your participation and use of the beta firmware will be bound by the latest terms.
