Centralized Network Control for 21 Branches in Greece, Powered by Peplink

Carglass, a leading vehicle glass repair company operating 21 branches across Greece, relies heavily on uninterrupted internet to support its daily operations, customer service, and internal communications.

Facing frequent outages and complex network management due to outdated infrastructure, the company turned to Digimark for a cost-effective and resilient connectivity solution. Leveraging the Peplink solution, Digimark delivered a fully integrated, scalable network that ensures stable connectivity and centralized control across all locations.

Challenge

Carglass’s previous network architecture relied heavily on traditional wired connections and MPLS circuits. In regions with limited telecom infrastructure, this setup resulted in unstable connectivity and frequent service interruptions. As a result, the company faced:

  • Unreliable MPLS connectivity at remote branches
  • High costs to maintain and expand the existing infrastructure
  • Low redundancy, making each site vulnerable to outages
  • Limited visibility and control over the entire network
  • The need to unify headquarter and 21 branches under a single, secure architecture

To overcome these challenges, Carglass required a more robust and flexible approach that ensures operational continuity.

Solution

Digimark developed and deployed a complete connectivity solution using Peplink’s robust ecosystem, eliminating MPLS dependency and lowering ongoing infrastructure costs:

  • 25x Balance 20X routers were installed across Carglass’s branch offices, each equipped with redundant SIM cards to enable automatic network switching and secure continuous uptime.
  • 2x Balance 380X routers were deployed at the headquarter and integrated with firewalls and VPN infrastructure.

This architecture enabled seamless integration with Carglass’s existing setup while enhancing availability and performance.

All devices were centrally managed via InControl 2, Peplink’s cloud-based platform that offers real-time network visibility, alerts, and remote access for diagnostics and maintenance. With InTouch, administrators also gained secure access to any device across the network, further improving manageability.

To strengthen operational reliability and security, Peplink’s SpeedFusion technology bonded wired and cellular links into a single encrypted tunnel. This not only increased overall bandwidth but also ensured uninterrupted service during any link failure.

The Peplink ecosystem allows remote management of branches of any size and scope from a central location.

Result

After the new deployment, Carglass now benefits from:

  • Zero Downtime: Seamless failover using dual-SIM routers and bonded bandwidth ensures continuous connectivity across all locations
  • Lower Operational Costs: Replacing MPLS circuits significantly reduced infrastructure expenses
  • Full Network Visibility and Control: InControl 2 enables centralized monitoring, remote troubleshooting, and simplified maintenance
  • Future-Ready Infrastructure: The scalable solution allows for smooth expansion as new branches are added

The Peplink solution delivered by Digimark has transformed Carglass’s network into a stable, secure, and efficient environment—allowing the company to focus on what it does best: delivering trusted service to its customers, without worrying about connectivity disruptions.
