PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT APPLY TO YOUR PURCHASES.

Product Availability

We cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, these items may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.

Typographical Errors

We strive to make every piece of information as accurately as we could. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Payment and Importation

Import duties and local taxes are NOT included in the quoted price of goods being delivered to any locations outside the USA. You will be responsible for the paying of any and all import duties and local taxes including any administration charges upon receipt.

Return Policy
30-Day Money Back Guarantee

  • Peplink strives for 100% customer satisfaction and offers a 30-day money back guarantee for all Balance routers that have been purchased at retail price from our online store.

  • The guarantee covers the following models:
    • Peplink Balance 20L
    • Peplink Balance 30
    • Peplink Balance 200
    • Peplink Balance 300
    • Peplink Balance 210
    • Peplink Balance 310
    • Peplink Balance 380
    • Peplink Balance 390
    • Peplink Balance 710

  • Customer needs to apply for the refund within 30 days from date of purchase.

  • To request a refund, an email should be sent to support@peplink.com, including the product serial number and order number.

  • A refund ticket number will be issued. You must return the product to the specified Peplink warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the refund ticket number. Customer shall bear the return shipping costs. See NOTE below.

  • All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. Peplink will assess a 10% restocking fee on all returned hardware and accessories. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refund will be arranged with the condition that the returned unit is in both proper working and good physical condition (free from scratches, cracks, and/or other types of physical damage). Refund will be made through the Internet payment gateway or by wire transfer.

  • Refurbishment charges of USD 100, USD 200 and USD 500 will be applied to each physically damaged Balance 20L/30, Balance 200/300/210/310 and Balance 380/390/710 returned unit, respectively.

  • Money back guarantee applies only to properly working units; units that have become non-functional due to misuse, abuse and/or other factors within customers' control are not eligible for the money back guarantee.

NOTE: Peplink recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Peplink or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
