Modem Not Supported?

Our engineers will assist you in getting the modem to work through accessing your unit with our Remote Assistance Service. Please follow the steps below: 

  1. A) Keep the unit Power ON.
    B) Keep the USB Modem plugged into the unit.
    C) Keep connection to Internet through Ethernet WAN. You may need to plug a computer to LAN port to verify the unit can access Internet.

  2. Submit a support ticket to us and provide the following information:
    • Your Country
    • Your Service Provider
    • Your Modem Manufacturer and Model
    • A Diagnostic Report file (Instructions)
